AMD has released another hotfix for its Catalyst 10.10 driver, which was released late last month to coincide with the unveiling of its new 6000-series video cards, the Radeon HD 6850 and the Radeon HD 6870.
The latest hotfix, 10.10d, improves CrossFireX multicard performance in the following game titles: Civilization V, Darksider, F1 2011 (DirectX 9 version only), Fallout: New Vegas, H.A.W.X. 2, Medal of Honor (multiplayer mode only), Metro 2033, NBA 2K11, and World of Warcraft (DirectX 11 version only). The Stone Giant DirectX 11 benchmark also received a CrossFireX tweak as well.
The 10.10d hotfix may be downloaded from AMD's Web site.
